I have an energy crisis. I realize most days I’m just barely making it and have no energy, not just physical but mental. My patience by the end of the day is not great…actually through out the day.
I’m going to start my own research project to find out how to gain and maintain more energy. I will research it, try things, ask for advice whatever I need to do. I find some things help, exercise, being a vegetarian, yoga, juicing but it’s not giving me enough. It would also help to sleep better but perhaps in my research I will discover by fixing one thing I fix another.
I realize it’s not all physical, I need to work on the psyche too. I’m currently working on doing something I’ve wanted to do for awhile, I’m not ready to share that quite yet only 3 people know so far but when I’m ready I will. It will help me fill a void inside I think.
So what do you know? What can you share? What gives you that pick me up that lasts all day? an hour? a lifetime? I’m ready to hear it, seriously I want to do this. I’m at an age where my hormones are out of control, the highs the lows, the hot flashes all are not helping. I will not be taking any kinds of drugs for this little research so do not suggest anything illegal please.
