Energy Crisis Assistance Please

I have an energy crisis. I realize most days I’m just barely making it and have no energy, not just physical but mental. My patience by the end of the day is not great…actually through out the day.

I’m going to start my own research project to find out how to gain and maintain more energy. I will research it, try things, ask for advice whatever I need to do. I find some things help, exercise, being a vegetarian, yoga, juicing but it’s not giving me enough. It would also help to sleep better but perhaps in my research I will discover by fixing one thing I fix another.

I realize it’s not all physical, I need to work on the psyche too. I’m currently working on doing something I’ve wanted to do for awhile, I’m not ready to share that quite yet only 3 people know so far but when I’m ready I will. It will help me fill a void inside I think.

So what do you know? What can you share? What gives you that pick me up that lasts all day? an hour? a lifetime? I’m ready to hear it, seriously I want to do this. I’m at an age where my hormones are out of control, the highs the lows, the hot flashes all are not helping. I will not be taking any kinds of drugs for this little research so do not suggest anything illegal please. But please share or let me know you’re feeling it too, low energy enjoys company.

I’m Erin and I’m a Spendaholic

I am a sucker. I fall for infomercials, I fall for internet offers. I’m very bad. The internet can be a beacon for spendaholics. The internet makes it so easy, click that little buy now button and just wait for the doorbell to ring.

Truth is though of all the things I’ve bought with a very few exceptions it’s the ones I waited for, that I wanted for awhile and finally decided to buy because of a good deal or cash in the bank-those are the ones I really enjoy. My Kindle, I love. My Zune HD I love. Roomba not so much. Spur of the moment will get you every time. And how do they make me do it, the best marketing ploy every created. LIMITED TIME OFFER. I must vow to never buy when that phrase is used. I constantly tell clients if they tell you you must buy within a short period of time-don’t do it. But then I fall for it. I also fall for the buy now and get a second free…accept for the outrageous processing, handling and shipping charge. Smack me now.

Yesterday I bought a very very expensive training program for business. I’m going to use it but the price, well it was high and although I got it in increment charges, I don’t know. This one will be a test of whether it’s worth it or not. Wish me luck.

So here’s my advice, at least for buying online. If you run across something for sale on a website and the page goes on and on and on don’t do it. Those are the ones designed to get you and usually are not what you want after you buy it. I vow to think before purchasing…gotta go Ebay is calling…just kidding.

How about you, what gets you to open your wallet OR to keep it closed?
