I extolled the greatness of exercise but today I’m taking a day off. I’ve over done it and my body is really aching. My feet hurt so bad this morning I had to grab walls to walk from bed to downstairs. I have bad feet to begin with, then I’ve been doing treadmill this week, shoes with heels for work, on my feet most of the weekend, day of rest for my piggies. I’m also extremely sore from a whole lot of gardening and mentally weary, busy busy busy AND a headache too. So far it’s been going well, I lost the weight I was supposed to lose last week, while still being able to have a dinner of pizza last week (you get one meal off) and a date night at a Mexican restaurant ( you also get a day off-I chose to only do dinner off-never took a day off from anything else). I drink my 3 liters of water every day and my face feels fantastic, hydration is a good thing.
On a another subject my kids are driving me nuts. One is almost 19 and one is 12, both girls and both cranky and hormonal most of the time. Which makes me the easiest target to go off on. I feel like I’m constantly being picked at by vultures, give me this, why don’t you do this, when an you buy me that, why did you do that,……… Mommy needs a martini.
