I am feeling so good today. Woke up not at all hungry, I did have trouble sleeping but that is a common theme for me. Tomorrow will be a fast day again. Hope you have a great Wednesday!Wednesday
Ok I’ve complety and totally fallen for this form of eating. I don’t think it’s a diet per se. After watching a documentary,
This whole idea made so much sense to me and science seemed very sensible. So today I did my first fast day. Yup that means 500 calories total. I was completely surprised by the whole thing. Firstly, I thought I would be really tired with no energy. Quite the opposite happened I was very energetic and time frenetic. Secondly, I did get hungry but it passed, really fast. I drank lots of water. I ate my two eggs scrambled in the microwave for breakfast and then no lunch. I cut up a carrot in small pieces and ate that for a snack,mid afternoon. For dinner I had quite a few calories to play with so I did tofu with stir fry vegetables and shirataki noodles. Yum, course I feel guilty because it seemed like so much food.
Tomorrow I can eat whatever I like, and I think I’ll be a little bit more mindful about it. I learned I am not hungry a lot of the times I eating food or snacking mindlessly. I feel good, slight headache and getting really tired of peeing 🙂 I’ll keep you posted.
With this plan you fast two days a week and my next day will probably be Friday. That’s the other thing I like about this, I choose the days to fast. I like the control AND the freedom.
